Conceptually and creatively realising artistic and commercial projects, working within budgets and towards deadlines, handling the production paperwork, works self managed or as part of a team and performs well under live pressure. 

Technically versatile with different camera types, post production workflows for HD and SD, handling compression for internet and broadcast VTR. All productions are finalised to broadcast quality, through sound knowledge of broadcast requirements and technology.
